Swift Action Following Suspected Drug Deal

While on patrol, Rochester officers witnessed what appeared to be a drug transaction taking place where a male exchanged a small package after pocketing received cash.

This did not go unnoticed, with eagle-eyed officers spotting the exchange and taking immediate action!🦅

Officers detained those involved for the purpose of a search and lets just say the concealment strategy was not sophisticated! Officers had little difficulty locating the items where a quantity of white powder was seized.

This proactive policing is part of our ongoing efforts to disrupt drug-related activity and tackle the issues that matter most to our communities.
